Now able to meet in person en masse for the first time in 2 years, Smart Garden Products head office were delighted to host their extended family of Sales Managers in Abingdon for their annual Sales Team Awards. Winning teams were presented with a silver cup and a bottle of champagne by Sales Directors Paul Knott and James Parr.
Most improved Sales Team was Stirling Products Limited. Covering the East Midlands, Ron and Linda Craik have been in the garden industry for twelve years, with extensive experience in sales and merchandising.

In Runner-Up position was ARC Southern Ltd. - Andy Roe, Andy Campion, Andy Mountney, Gary Collins and Richard Card. Covering the South East, and founded by Andy Campion and Andy Roe in 2013, each member of the ARC team has between 20 and 30 years of experience in the garden retail sector. They have worked with each other in various guises and businesses throughout the years.

The winning Team of the Year Award went to Jo Williamson, Neil Williamson, Helen Ellam, Sam Thornley, Adrian Marson and Rob Yeadon of Workforce Agencies Limited in the North East. Originally founded by Jo and Neil in 2011, Workforce Agencies Limited have since grown 3-fold, and boast nearly 150 years of combined experience in the garden industry.
